PolymerOn Kft. provides comprehensive plastics industry activities and extensive research and development competencies with several decades of expertise and recognized R&D experience in the domestic and international plastics and rubber industry.

The company, founded in 2005, started to develop dynamically after expanding its profile in 2021, and now employs nearly 30 people. The majority of its employees work in R+D+I fields. The strategic direction of the company's development is also supported by the fact that the percentage of people with a PhD degree is 70%.

The company's main activities include, consulting and project management services, material and technology developments, material tests and the performance of expert tasks.

PolymerOn Kft. carries out its R+D+I activities on a wide spectrum of industries. In addition to the development and distribution of raw materials, it also participates in the development of materials and technology necessary for high-added-value plastic industry developments, energy storage and production. In the industrial park located in the 22nd district of Budapest, the company is served by two hall buildings and an office building, of which the production plant is almost 1,000 square meters. In one of these buildings, there is a high-performance compounding line for the production of our own raw materials, but the area is prepared to accommodate additional extrusion-based technologies, including the production of special blown products and filaments. In the other hall, there are several injection molding machines and 3D printers.

The production focus is the development of polymer compounds with a high content of recycled materials, the development of biopolymer compounds, and the recycling and devulcanization of rubber, as well as the development and production of special thermoplastic materials. The company's scope of activities includes special hybrid production processes in which the goal is the unique combination of traditional technologies. The company implements these research and development tasks in cooperation with industrial partners and with international and domestic tender support.
